CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

For the headquarters in Verona we are looking for a Customer Care Agent for the Automotive industry.


Your Tasks:

   • written and telephone contact with customers
 • customer support for the use of an IT platform
    • case resolution according to predefined procedures


Your Profile:

    • written experience in customer management
    • fluent knowledge of English
     • problem solving skills        
   • excellent use of computer systems
    • good customer orientation
   • availability for short trips
